Terms of service
Last updated: 12 September 2026 · Condy
1. What Condy is
Condy is a web app where you can claim identity-verification tasks on prop firms supported by our system and, if the check succeeds, receive a USDC reward on an internal balance. It is not an exchange, not a broker, not an investment service, and not financial advice. The firms listed in the catalog are supported by our system: they are not Condy partners.
2. Account
You need an account with email and password. You must be at least 18 and use real details. You are responsible for your credentials and for what happens on your account. We may suspend or close an account for abuse, fraud, evading a supported firm’s rules, or breaking these terms.
3. Tasks, identity checks, and supported firms
The first check available on day one is FuturesElite. BlueGuardian and LucidTrading unlock only if the Condy team opens them for you: usually a few days after the previous check, if you have shown interest. Nothing opens automatically after N days.
When you request a task, the team prepares access in that firm’s back office and sends you a personal link. The firm’s KYC: ID scan, selfie, AML checks: happens on the firm’s platform, not on Condy. Those documents stay encrypted there. They do not come to us, and we do not receive or store them. Condy collects a short profile (name, date of birth, address, mobile phone, optional Telegram) so we can start onboarding. That form is not the firm’s KYC and does not guarantee the outcome.
4. USDC rewards
If the Condy team confirms that the firm’s verification succeeded, we credit the task reward to your balance (today typically 20 USDC on the first check, different amounts on later ones). Rewards are not a yield, not interest, and not a promise of future income. We may reject a task if the check fails, is incomplete, or the details do not match.
5. Invites
You can invite others with your code. You earn 5 when a friend completes their 1st KYC, 10 their 2nd, 20 their 3rd. Self-invites, fake accounts, and bought traffic are not allowed. We may reverse those bonuses.
6. Withdrawals
You can withdraw USDC from the minimum shown in the app (today 20 USDC) to a wallet you control, on the supported networks (Polygon, Ethereum, Arbitrum). A request debits the balance immediately. The team reviews by hand: approve, reject (refunding the balance), or mark as sent after the transfer. Timing, network fees, and a wrong address are your risk.
7. What Condy does not promise
We do not promise that a firm will approve KYC, a funded account, trading payouts, or that a task stays available forever. Catalogs, amounts, and the order of supported firms can change. This page is an operating draft, not a closed contract: if something conflicts, what the app shows at the time of the request wins, and Luca’s legal review always prevails.
8. Liability
Condy is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost chance, network errors, or a firm’s decisions. If liability is established, it does not exceed rewards already credited and not yet withdrawn on your balance.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms: write to the Condy team from the app. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
